This is a list of some of the resorts I'll be staying at and what I'm most excited about each location. After staying at each spot I'll give a rundown of my experiences at each spot.
-Disney World Resorts
In no particular order, here are the resorts I'm staying at during my trip. Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort.
What excites me most about this location is its distance from Disney Springs. It looks like it's within walking distance and I feel it would be a fun night walk. Most of the parks close rather early and Disney Springs stays open until 11 pm.
Disney's Wilderness Lodge
This resort reminds me of the same concept of Disney's Grand Californian. I love the cabin-like vibe it has and I'm excited to explore it a bit. It also happens to be very close to Magic Kingdom!
Disney's Beach Club Resort
This view alone is one to make you want to visit! Staying at this location looks fun because not only to they offer Disney's Skyliner as transportation from this resort, but it also has a fun boardwalk-style ice cream parlor attached to it. I'm excited to visit Beaches and Cream if we have the extra time.
Disney's Contemporary Resort
This resort has huge historical significance to the Walt Disney Resort so that alone is rather exciting. It's within walking distance of Magic Kingdom and has the monorail running...literally...through the resort. I'm really excited to stay here and can't wait to see the 90-foot-tall mural that was designed by Mary Blair. I enjoy Mary Blair's work. I was fortunate enough to catch a huge art showcase that Disney's Family Museum shared many years back.
Disney's Polynesian Villas and Bungalows
This place looks like we'll be escaping our own Disney vacation and heading to a whole new world. I'm particularly excited about this location because we'll be staying in our own Bungalow. This location also has quick access for guests to catch the monorail.
I also can't wait to experience some of the food locations this resort offers. We've always been HUGE fans of Trader Sam's at the Disneyland resort so I can't wait to experience Trader Sam's Grog Grotto while staying at the Polynesian resort! I've also heard great things about Capt. Cook's and Kona Cafe.
